International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note that customs processing is outside of our control, and delays may occur depending on the destination country’s customs procedures.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.


Approximate Shipping Times

(Business days only; excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • USA: ~ 3–8 business days (tracking available)

  • International: ~ 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary by carrier/country)

Delays: In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays (especially November–December), or promotional peak periods. We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total estimated delivery time.

  • Processing time: typically 3–5 business days

  • In most cases, orders take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (order verification, packing, handoff to logistics, and dispatch to the carrier).

After processing is complete, our carrier will pick up your package. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once available.

During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer than the typical timeframe. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.


Delayed / Missing Tracking Updates

If tracking shows no movement or updates for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist.

In rare cases, if there are no tracking updates for 30–60 business days (depending on destination and carrier), we may offer a reshipment or other resolution after review.


Cancelling an Order

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order, and the order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel it.

  • If approved, a $20 transaction fee per order will apply.

If you contact us and we confirm your order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
